Orange Jelly

Master Food Preserver Tom Schrader will lead us in a hands-on workshop on how to make delicious orange jelly. We’ll teach a very simple recipe, using frozen juice concentrate, water, sugar, and pectin that you can make any time of the year. Water bath canning will be demonstrated. Attendees will take home a jar of orange jelly after the class.
